PROFILE - Ronald Hampton
As a property accountant in the field of condominium property management I acquired valuable experience in management, administration, and full cycle accounting. Of utmost value was learning the direct impact that prudent budgeting and long term Reserve Fund planning can have on the successful operations of a condominium corporation. A condominium board of directors is much better able to manage with confidence when they have access to accurate and timely financial information.
I enjoyed over 25 years of management experience in the construction industry gained in accounting, finance, and credit management roles. My formal education and career over those years provided me with an in depth, and working knowledge, of management planning, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial statement preparation.
Presently I am serving on my condominium board of directors, as I have over the past 15 years in various capacities including both President and Treasurer. One of the main things I learned on our board was that with proper support and resources a volunteer board can be very productive.
My condominium industry experience has given me the confidence and motivation to offer my knowledge and skills to help other condominium communities.
